  1. First, we make sure that the Kombucha tea has finished fermenting. Depending on the temperature and other factors, this process may take from seven to fourteen days.
  2. Once  Kombucha tea has finished fermenting in fermentation bottles. Then after we carefully pour it into clean, sterilized bottles for Kombucha. However, for proper carbonation, leave approximately an inch of headspace at the top of each bottle.
  3. Seal the bottles tightly with airtight caps, and place them in a warm, dark place for 1-3 days. This will allow the Kombucha tea to carbonate.
  4. As soon as the Kombucha bottles are fermented for one to three days should be placed in the refrigerator to slow down the fermentation process.
